If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

Fantastic customer service.

Great rates. No extra fees for additional drivers, insurance included. New and clean vehicles. Super impressed.
We got in and out in 10 minutes with foreign driver's licenses. We couldn't believe our luck finding this place after our terrible experience with Europcar nearby (you can read my review of our experience there).

None of that hassle you find at car rental companies. They're happy to have you as a customer and make everything easy. Great!

Furthermore, when my wife returned the car, she forgot to fill up with gas, and they allowed her to go ahead and fill up even though it was past the expiration date. Very decent people.

I rented a bike today and it was in great condition. It had a free helmet (if I wanted one) and a lock... I cycled 19 km (round trip) without any problems, everything worked perfectly 😁

We rented a car from Transrent in Cascais for almost three weeks without prior reservation, and the experience was excellent. The price was fair, the service was friendly, and they seemed very reliable. I accidentally had a small issue with the driver's door, but they didn't charge me anything and assured me it would be easy to fix. The whole process was super quick, and they honestly refunded the deposit in full. I highly recommend them!

An easy and straightforward way to rent a scooter near the train station in Cascais.
I highly recommend it if you want to explore this part of the coast or Sintra on your own.

This is a great place to rent a scooter!
I called in the morning and was able to reserve a 125cc scooter for the same day. Normally, it would cost €44 per day, but since I arrived at 12:00 PM and returned it at 6:00 PM, the owner was very friendly and charged me only €33. The scooter was in excellent condition and seemed quite modern. The owner was super friendly, spoke perfect English, and was very helpful when I asked for recommendations on where to visit and where to dine. Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely rent from here again.

I was satisfied with their cooperation. I rented a Dacia Sandero in good condition for four days. Everything went smoothly and quickly. The receptionist was very friendly, and the colleague who delivered and picked up the car was very kind. One advantage was that they didn't ask for my credit card. I had to leave a €750 deposit, which they refunded when I returned the car. I have no complaints.

Highly recommended, very friendly, relaxed and helpful. No hidden costs. Lovely little Fiat Panda, brand new, great for the narrow streets of Cascais and also for climbing steep hills. Carlos also gave me great recommendations of things to see and do in the area. I would definitely use this place again.

We rented a small Fiat Panda for a week and had nothing but good experiences with this company. The staff was very friendly. Carlos explained everything very well. The car was in excellent condition, and the rates were a bit more reasonable than others we checked. Thanks for the great experience, Carlos and the team. We'll be back next time we visit family.
